Masks are a must. If you do not have a mask, we have disposable masks for you. If you refuse to wear a mask, you will not be seen for your appointment.

Physical Distancing is necessary. Please keep a distance of 6 feet from others at all times.

Please reschedule your appointment without penalty if you are not feeling well.

Upon entering the office please use the available hand sanitizer. Your therapist will come and get you for your appointment once you have checked in with the front office.
