In consideration of our clients and staff, we have suspended in-person counseling services and are instead offering phone and video telehealth. At this time, these sessions are covered by insurance just as they would be if the place of service was in the office. We have implemented this strategy effective March 18th through April 27th. At that time we will evaluate the conditions re: COVID 19 and plan accordingly.
We are remaining open as a clinic and all office services such as scheduling, accepting payments, answering questions etc. can be handled via phone and email as usual. The clinic lobby, however, is closed.
