Rebecca Burda

Becca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has experience providing mental health services to individuals of all ages, with a primary practice focus of working with children and adolescents, young adults, and parents/caregivers. She is also a Certified Parent Peer Support Specialist, which offers a unique approach to supporting parents of children with mental health needs. Becca works with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, autism, ADHD and developmental disabilities. She is formally trained in multiple evidence based therapeutic interventions such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing

Becca’s therapeutic approach is to be radically genuine and open, with a belief that people have the wherewithal to overcome their personal obstacles. Becca understands that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is the most important ingredient for nurturing positive change.

Jody is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Jody is a genuine, direct and caring individual that has worked with youth and families in a variety of roles for many years. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults and families going through challenges in their lives. Jody believes in the potential, growth, strength and resilience of individuals and families. People have times in their lives when they need to communicate their experience(s) and have that experience heard without judgment.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I utilize Motivational interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed practices. I believe in a holistic, person centered and person directed care. Our mind and body are one and always sending us messages. If we listen to the messages, who knows where our life journey will take us.
