As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Brian has experience treating a diverse population of clients and challenges including, but not limited to, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, bipolar, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, PTSD, childhood trauma, sexual dysfunction, and relationship problems. Brian specializes in working with couples and is certified to Level II in the Gottman System.

Brian holds the belief that clients are the experts on their lives and that every individual has the power to achieve their goals. He works together with his clients to instill hope, passion, and excitement while providing them the skills and strategies they need to succeed on their life's journey. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Martha has experience working with young children, families, and children with disabilities. She helps clients work through adjustment issues, divorce, depression, anxiety, and is also trained in Brainspotting. She uses a strengths-based approach to meet the client where they are and help to move them forward. When working with children she uses art and play in the therapy setting to help clients communicate. Using a systemic approach allows her to address concerns from different perspectives.

Martha believes that, with support, each client has the ability to solve his or her problems. By learning problem-solving and communication skills clients of any age can succeed. Her main goal is to help all clients find their own strengths and talents to thrive.
