Gretchen Watson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Gretchen has worked with individuals, children, teens, families, and couples from diverse social locations. She joins with all clients in understanding what is currently taking place in their lives that keeps them from living their desired future. Gretchen works together with her clients to assess the social context, behaviors, and beliefs that lead to solutions to a problem as well as identifying the patterns and cycles that lead to distress. Through trained listening skills and therapeutic strategies, she can help the client identify what they are already doing; that if expanded and developed, could lead to positive solutions.

Gretchen helps families, children, and individuals identify how they would like their lives to look. She understands the need to connect in a balanced manner that allows each person to feel their own self while being part of significant relationships. She has had years of experience in facilitating the change that clients are seeking therapy for; such as child development, family transitions, distress in relationships, couples’ fatigue and feelings of frustration, loneliness, fear, and sadness.
